Revolutionary War veteran, Indian fighter, backwoodsman, hunter, explorer, buried beside road at Pigeon Roost Fork of Wolf Creek near Lovely.  Has a historical marker near the gravesite.  Supposedly helped hang 20 British during the Revolutionary War.
