d. 11/20/1920, Martin Co., KY, secondary to an old back injury (he fell off a horse or mule and broke his back).  Buried Delong Cemetery, Martin Co., KY.  In will, left $1 to Sarah, $5 to Frank, $5 to Laura, $100 to bro. Roland, and balance of estate to bro. John.  Was a mail carrier.  According to death certificate, was divorced before death.  The Sarah mentioned in the will may have been his 2nd wife, not Sarah Perry.
